A tour of Israel is about far more than sightseeing…
it’s a wonderful shared spiritual experience and a trip you’ll never forget!

Join experienced Israel tour leaders Darla and Jerry Baird  on a trip to the Holy Land and experience your Bible coming to life in a whole new way. You’ll get to hear its stories taught on the sites where they happened. You’ll get to take time to reflect and worship there as well. We believe a Holy Land trip is truly a unique trip of a lifetime. When you get back, you’ll read your Bible in a new way, hear sermons in a new light and read news about Israel with more understanding.

This tour is a great opportunity for new and returning travelers who want a less crowded and more contemplative experience of the Holy Land. Also, we have all been reminded in the last few years that a visit to the Holy Land is not always available when we are. For this reason we encourage people who want to visit, to do so when they can. Since many churches and organizations are not ready to return to the Holy Land this spring, we wanted to offer a tour for those ready to go now. Though we will continue to monitor the circumstances, we feel this spring will be a good time to go.

Together we’ll…

  • Walk up the steps where Jesus walked as He entered the Temple in Jerusalem

  • Sit on the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus taught the Sermon on the Mount while overlooking the Sea of Galilee

  • Imagine the young boy as he watched Jesus take his two fish and five loaves of bread and feed more than 5,000 people

  • Take a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee and reflect on how the disciples must have felt as the storm rose on those same waters

  • Stand on the Mount of Olives where Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane and later ascended to the heavens

We’ll experience all of this and so much more!

Optional 3-Day Jordan Extension

In Jordan we’ll…

  • Stand on Mt. Nebo, looking across to Israel, where God showed Moses the Promised Land before he died

  • Take a day tour venturing through the amazing city of Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World dating back to 300-500 BC, here we’ll see the famous Treasury and enjoy a wonderful Middle Eastern lunch surrounded by these ancient red rock structures

  • View an ancient mosaic in Madaba at St. George’s Church which is believed to be the oldest map of the Holy Land and instrumental in finding many of the historical sites on our tour

  • Have a chance to ride a horse or camel through the canyons of Petra and so much more!
