Reservations and Deposits

A completed Tour Registration Form and a payment of $2,000 per person reserves your spot on the tour. In order to travel, you need All passengers are required to have a valid passport that does not expire before 6 months after our return day of travel.

Payment Schedule (per person)

  • Registration and Deposit of $2,000 is due by January 1, 2026

  • Balance due by February 15, 2026

Payments may be made by
check, debit card, Zelle, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Tour deposit is fully-refundable within 72 hours of registration. If the Group does not reach the minimum of 25 Guests by January 1, 2026 the tour may be canceled and there will be a full refund of any tour payments. We will advise registered guests as soon as the trip reaches its minimum.

  • If Baird Tours has to cancel due to US or Israeli Government restrictions, flights being cancelled or for any other reason there will be a full refund of any tour payments.

  • If a Guest chooses to cancel prior to January 1, 2026 there will be a penalty of 50% of any payments and scheduled payments

  • Tour Deposits are non-refundable after January 1, 2026 assuming the tour is confirmed.

  • Tour cost is non-refundable after February 15, 2026

  • Airfare purchases will be the sole responsibility of each Guest. Baird Tours will not be responsible for refunding any airfare purchases or air credits. Note: We suggest you not purchase airfare until the group has been officially confirmed after January 1, 2026.

Single Occupancy

If you are traveling solo and want to be the only occupant in your hotel room you will be charged an additional fee of $1,675 for single occupancy. For a single occupancy in Jordan the additional fee is $600.

Triple Occupancy

If you want to put three people in one room there will be a discount of $330 off the tour package price for the 3rd occupant in a room for age 12 and over. And a $570 discount for children under 12 years old. Note: The third bed is typically a rollaway or sleeper sofa.
